Resort Policies
CHECK IN TIMES FOR PARTIAL WEEKS: 4:00 PM. CHECK
OUT TIMES FOR PARTIAL WEEKS: 9:00 AM.
RESERVATIONS: A deposit of 50% is required (by
check) as confirmation. This deposit is due
within 10 days from the day the reservation is
made or the reservation will be cancelled
(unless we are notified otherwise). Guests are
responsible for the entire period of their
reservation and are required to notify us, in
advance, if party number changes.
PAYMENTS: Your personal check, traveler?s checks
or cash are preferred. We also accept Visa and
MasterCard. Payment for your stay is due when
checking in. All other rentals and purchases
during your stay can be taken care of the
evening before you check out. No refund for
early departure.
CANCELLATIONS: Your deposit will be refunded,
less a $20.00 handling fee, if your
accommodations are rebooked for the entire
period reserved. If unit is NOT re-booked, no
deposit will be returned.
VISITORS: We consider Shady Hollow Resort to be
a special place where our guests can enjoy the
peace and tranquility of a north woods vacation.
In order to assure that our guests enjoy this
special atmosphere, we find that a visitor
policy is necessary. Visitors are persons
visiting registered guests for part of, or all
day. This includes infants, children or adults.
We welcome the first couple of visitors for no
charge, however there is a $5.00 per person
charge for all additional visitors and they must
register in the office upon arrival.
QUIET HOUR: Because we pride ourselves as a
"family" oriented restful place we require that
radio, boom boxes and other like items be kept
as low level at all times and that general quiet
time be observed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. We
expect and want guests to have a great time,
keeping the consideration of other guests in
mind at the same time.
OUR GOAL: To make changes and improvements every
year to make your stay more enjoyable and
comfortable. |

CHECK IN: 4:00 P.M. We need this time to prepare
for our incoming guests If you plan to check in
early, you must notify us ahead of time.

is a $20.00 per hour charge for early check in
or late check out.
